Neeraj Kumar Dhiman, Arun Pandey, Ajit Kumar Vishwakarma, Vishal Verma, Shankar Singh

Chronic long standing dislocation of the temporomandibular joint (TMJ) is a relatively rare occurrence. Variation in the duration of dislocation and anatomical considerations make the treatment for long-standing dislocation very complex. In this paper we present three cases of long standing TMJ dislocation and review of literature with treatment options for chronic TMJ dislocation. Key words: Condyle dislocation, Hypermobility, Temporomandibular joint.
